Organic Milk Ratings: Best Organic Milk
I've been buying only organic milk for the last couple years. Mostly I bought Horizon because it was the only one on the shelves at the local grocery chain a couple years ago. Now there's a lot more choice, but since Horizon was first and most expensive, I figured it was the best. I found an article ranking organic milks the other day and was quite surprised to learn that Horizon is owned by an $11 billion dollar corporation which is also the nation's leading conventional milk producer. So, not only is much of their "organic" milk from factory farms, it turns out that by buying it, you are supporting one of the worst offenders in the treatment of farm animals and the spread of hormones and antibiotics to American children.

If you shop at Ralph's, you can get Organic Valley milk, which is very highly rated on the organic dairy chart. Whole Foods 365 brand is also pretty high on the list.

I agree with you, Horizon is the worst, and has the worst flavor as well. The best we've found is Clover. It tastes great and makes wonderful yogurt.

Health is a great thing for any one and it is very necessary thing that keep your self healthy and strong. I think this is a great thing to be healthy and there are lots of ways through which you can make yourself healthy. Taking a balanced diet and workout are the basic lessons.
