They should be congratulated and we hope their brand will be rewarded in the marketplace. Stremicks Heritage Foods is a family-owned and operated dairy and we are committed to bringing our strong family values into all aspects of our company, from the humane and healthy treatment of the cows that produce the milk to the quality control of our manufacturing plant where it is bottled. We are proud to be partnered with The Humboldt Cooperative Creamery, located along the Pacific Coast in northern California, which shares the same values as we do when it comes to the importance of organic products. As a farmer-owned cooperative, Humboldt does a superb job of managing the ecological impacts of dairy farming while providing excellent quality pastures, resulting in healthy, long-lived cows. | ||

Stremicks
have now secured all of their milk supply from family-scale farmers of
high integrity. They have also now fully participated in the
Cornucopia dairy study and they will move up from a 1-cow rating to a
4-cow rating on our scorecard.

I personally enjoy Organic Vegetables because I believe they taste a lot nicer. There is also the potential health benefits or not consuming harmful pesticides.I also agree that anything that is grown in the most natural way possible will be most nutritious and healthy.I had heard tales of people still using potential harmful pesticides and still getting away with it under the organic banner which I hope is a rare case.
